Moves and changes
Once your telephone system is installed, there are usually changes within a business that requires alterations to your present configuration. This could be additional extensions, programming of the way calls route, additional software etc. By calling our staff we could arrange for upgrades, relocations or other alterations to be completed - even if that means completing out of hours, ensuring your business receives minimal disruption.
Should you require any programming changes, most of our telephone systems come with remote maintenace enabling seamless changes without an engineer even visiting site. When you purchase a telephone system from Assure Telecom, we provide the first year maintenance inclusive where other companies may charge you for that privilage.
Project Management
Communication and progression is crucial for success. Our experienced project managers have a streamlined, process-driven, approach to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, within budget and within our client's requirements and deadlines.
Because each project is unique, a dedicated manager will be appointed for each client. The service and technical teams at Assure Telecom will support them by the extended specialist technical resource available to us through our vendor partner relationships.

Keeping track on you call traffic is paramount to business. Not only can you log each call to and from each extension, you can also produce management reports on extensions or departments - please ask for further details.
Training
Once you have your systems installed, why not take advantage of our in house trainers. These are fully qualified members of staff who will come to your premises and train any members of staff on various features.
